FAQ

What's in one set?

A fluffy snow garland with 5 plush penguins, mini snowy trees and warm white fairy lights woven through it.

How is it powered?

The fairy lights run on small button-cell batteries. No cable and no outlet needed, so it works on a balcony.

Where can I put it?

Balcony railings, staircase banisters, mantels and window sills. Lay it along the top, tie it in place and switch on.

My balcony is long. How many do I need?

Two sets cover about twice the length of one. The 2-set bundle saves you $19.95.

Can it stay outside?

Tie it firmly to the rail so the wind cannot move it. On an open balcony, bring it in during heavy rain or storms.

How long does shipping take?

Tracked shipping, 7–15 business days. Free in the US, and free everywhere on 2 sets ($19.95 for a single set outside the US). Order by December 5 to have it for Christmas.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.

How do I contact you?

Email support@snowhollow.shop. A real person answers within one business day.
